The MasterAim®Mouse Intestinal Organoid Complete Medium（Cystic） effectively replicates the in vivo microenvironment of cells, streamlining the establishment and maintenance of mouse intestinal organoids. Mouse-derived Organoids cultured with MasterAim®Organoid Complete Medium faithfully maintain the morphological,genomical, and pathophysiological characteristics of their corresponding in vivo tissues. They also demonstrate comparable pharmacological profiles and treatment response. MasterAim®Mouse Intestinal Organoid Complete Medium comprises a complete set of reagents for establishment and maintenance of organoids, with optimized protocol and improved efficiency of organoid culture. It additionally offers the flexibility to scale up for creating models and facilitating high-throughput screening.
